Join Our Membership

By joining the Fluid Adventures membership programme, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Fee: A rolling monthly subscription of £30, billed via Stripe.
2. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. One additional payment will be taken after your cancellation request, and your membership will remain active until the end of that final billing period.
3. Discount Codes: Your 4 personal discount codes are for your use only. They must not be shared with non-members.
4. Email Matching: Bookings made with your discount codes must use your registered email address.
5. Misuse: Sharing codes or booking on behalf of non-members may result in strikes against your account. Two strikes will trigger an account review.
6. Grace Period: If a payment fails, you have 7 days to resolve the issue. During this time, your discount codes will be temporarily disabled.
7. Age Requirement: Members must be 18 years or older.
